.:Contest Rules:.

1.) The business must have been in operation a minimum of one year.

2.) To be eligible businesses must be located within the Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County MSA, which includes the following counties: Davidson, Robertson, Sumner, Williamson, Dickson, Cheatham, Wilson, Rutherford, Macon, Trousdale, Smith, Hickman, and Cannon.

3.) Tennessee State University employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.

4.) Winners must commit to use prize money as indicated in their completed business plan.

5.) Contestants must agree to participate in the New Level FastTrac classes presented by NBIC.

6.) The company must be eligible for entrance into the NBIC. To see NBIC eligibility standards, Click Here.

7.) Entries will be screened based on adherence to guidelines.
